THE WORK YOU REDO EVERY WEEK CAN BE SIMPLIFIED.

Tell us about a task that keeps coming back: an order to reconcile, a spreadsheet to re-enter, a follow-up carried in someone’s head. We look at how it is done today, remove what can be removed, and the decisions that matter stay in your hands.

Professional preparing an order in a working environment
We look at the task before talking about tools

01

EXAMPLES OF TASKS WE KNOW HOW TO LOOK AT.

Every practice has its own sticking points, in pharmacies and consulting rooms alike. Here is the kind of work we can scope and then simplify:

Prepare the supplier order.

Compare prices, pack sizes and discounts across wholesalers and laboratories, then suggest how to split the basket. This is our current pilot in pharmacies, described below, and the same logic applies to a dental practice's consumables.

Move information along without re-entering it.

A price received by email reaches the tracking sheet and the management software without being typed out three times.

Follow up without having to remember.

Backorders, credit notes, supplier invoices, delivery promises: the follow-ups that rely on one person’s memory become a list that stays up to date, with reminders.

Let the customer know their order is ready.

The message goes out at the right moment, with no product mention and no health data.

Publish a piece of information only once.

Special hours, on-call duty, holidays: you enter it once and it updates everywhere it appears.

Answer the questions that keep coming up.

The questions asked every day on the phone, at the counter or at the front desk get a written answer the whole team can reuse.

These examples show the kind of work we target. Before anything is set up, we observe the real task in your practice and measure what it costs today.

02

HOW TO RECOGNISE A GOOD CANDIDATE.

It keeps coming back.

The same sequence repeats every day or every week, almost identically.

Its rules are known.

Your team can explain why they pick one supplier or option over another. A tool can take over those criteria.

The loss is visible.

You can time the work, count the re-entries or the corrections.

You keep control.

Whenever a decision commits the business, a person approves it. The tool prepares, it does not decide.

03

THE PHARMACY PURCHASING PILOT: COMPARE SUPPLIERS WITHOUT ORDERING ON YOUR BEHALF.

Observe.

We sit through a real order: which suppliers, which screens, how long it takes, where it gets stuck.

Reconcile.

The tool lines up references, pack sizes and total costs, first on simulated data, then on yours.

Propose.

It suggests how to split the basket across suppliers. Nothing is ordered, nothing is paid.

Approve.

The owner reviews, corrects whatever they want and triggers the next step themselves.

Measure.

We compare time per order and the number of corrections, before and after.

04What we do not do.

THE TOOL TOUCHES NEITHER PATIENT DATA, NOR CLINICAL DECISIONS, NOR THE PLACING OF ORDERS.

If a project involves anything sensitive, it gets its own separate scoping. And if a source or integration goes down, you take back over manually, just as before.
