A fifteen-minute call is enough to know whether the issue deserves a video call, or whether you are better off pointed elsewhere.
It all starts with a free fifteen-minute call. If the issue deserves it, we continue over video; on-site observation only becomes paid when it produces real scoping work, with an analysis and a scenario you keep.
The method
A fifteen-minute call is enough to know whether the issue deserves a video call, or whether you are better off pointed elsewhere.
If the project calls for it, we come and observe the work on site. This step only becomes paid if it produces a usable analysis and scenario.
Delivery ends with acceptance criteria, documentation, a correction period and a measure of what actually changed.
The commitment
We understand the issue, check it is worth pursuing and point you to the next step, even if it is not with us.
Travel, observing the work, analysing your tools and a written report: it is real work, and it is billed as such.
The project moves forward if the right people are available and approvals come through.
We document what is done, flag the risks and put in writing what is not covered.
Acceptance criteria, a manual fallback, a correction period and result measurement are set before we start.
If scoping leads to a project, its cost can be credited; the conditions are written into the proposal. The first conversation remains non-binding.
